BARKAT ULLAH MARWAT (DIRECTOR GENERAL, KPCTA)
The province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has so much to offer to tourists. Our rich and diverse culture and heritage have always been our unique characteristics. The countless tourism landscapes, the abundance of biodiversity, and the unique blend of cultural heritage, cuisine, arts, and crafts have made our province a must-visit destination.

In this regard, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Culture and Tourism Authority (KPCTA) has continued its struggle to push the tourism and culture sector to greater heights. The KPCTA has explored new tourist destinations in every nook and corner of the province. We have also developed the already-existing spots as well as new ones along modern lines and ensured the provision of all the required facilities to the visitors.

The KPCTA has introduced some revolutionary and eco-friendly initiatives in the province, such as Camping Pods at the fascinating hill stations of the province. In order to harness the energy and skills of the youth, the KPCTA has introduced numerous youth-oriented activities like adventure sports awareness campaigns. In today's fast-changing business environment, it has become progressively more competitive to chart a path for the future. For this reason, the KPCTA is constantly looking for innovative ways to diversify the tourism industry in the province.
